Contrary to what most travel websites will tell you, you probably WONT save by combining air with hotel. You CAN save this way, but I’ve had better experience shopping around for airfare. In the west, Southwest and America West are dirt cheap usually. I’ve also found that picking lesser known hotels can be good too. For example Alexis Park is one of the most affordable (and luxurious…well, not Belagio luxurious, but still they have suites) that I’ve found in Vegas. Didn’t even know it was there until I went there for a convetion.

for hotels i would go to their web site.they offer discounts for going to their own site.
for flights i would do the same.
i have never found that i save money by going to hotwire or travelocity or one of the other big sites.
