Shanghai is a very beautiful and vibrant city. It has a lot in store for travelers especially. Tourist destinations include the famous Nanjing road, Yuyuan Garden, Oriental Pearl TV Tower, etc.
Nanjing Road – a must for every shoppers! it highlights upscale stores and fine bars and restaurants that serve sumptuous meals. This busy street is very lively especially at night.
Yuyuan Garden – offers more than 50 attractions that tourists and locals alike would definitely enjoy.
Oriental Pearl TV Tower – has museum that showcases china artifacts and relics. a visit would enrich your knowledge on how rich China heritage is.
For dining and accommodation, there are lots of hotels there that offer fine services, one of which is Anting Villa Hotel. It is admired for its location since it is conveniently established near popular landmarks and attractions.

I just found some information about Shanghai Tourism Festival. Shanghai Tourism Festival will start from September 19th to October 6th this year. Besides International Music Fireworks, there are series activities, Shanghai Shopping Festival, Yuyuan Chinese Day, Rose Wedding Ceremony, and Germany Week, etc.
